Yontrack MCP server is available
The Yontrack MCP server is available as an open-source and free component at https://github.com/yontrack/yontrack-mcp/.
Easy to plug in in Cursor, Claude or your IDE, you can also host it yourself (Helm or Docker). You just need an API token to connect to your Yontrack instance.
From then on, you can use the data in Yontrack in your prompts, even create some skills for functions you regularly use.
Imagination is then the only limit, extending the capabilities of the data you have collected and automated with Yontrack. For example, you can ask Yontrack for changelogs between releases, getting deeper in the dependencies of the boundaries.
This MCP server understands the rich GraphQL schema of Yontrack, giving you feedback you would not have with the built-in charts and pages, while maintening reliability, security & performance. By default, this MCP server comes up with read-only access only (configurable) and you bring your own API token to the server, restricting its operations to what you decide.
I'm actually very curious about all the use cases you'll come up with 😄
